Tim Cooper of Mills & Boon revealed several common assumptions held by book publishers about online delivery were incorrect. The result of our talk (in this month's InPublishing magazine) shows how customers will buy both the print and the online edition of a title; how customers will read fiction on a PC; and how giving away content encourages readers to buy more content. It was exciting to find a website that demonstrates all these ideas in action.
